1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at innerguidehub.info and the services, digital materials, or goods we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Coaching Services

“Coaching Services” refers to one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and guided programs offered by InnerGuidance Hub. Scheduling is subject to availability. You may request a session adjustment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. We will accommodate such requests whenever possible.

Coaching Service fees are non-reimbursable once a session has commenced. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, a full fee reimbursement will be issued.

3. Info Products

“Info Products” refers to digital courses, e-books, and downloadable materials. Access is granted immediately upon full payment. Due to the nature of digital content, you may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the material.

4. Physical Goods

“Goods” refers to physical items sold on our site. All shipments are processed within three business days. You may request an exchange or defect-related reimbursement within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must remain in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by InnerGuidance Hub.

5. Reimbursement Policy

We value your satisfaction. The following outlines our reimbursement practices by service type:

5.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before the appointment, a full fee reimbursement will be issued within 14 calendar days of your request. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a reimbursement due to scheduling constraints. Once a session has commenced, no reimbursement is provided to ensure fairness to our coaches and other clients.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for a reimbursement must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. You are eligible for a full fee reimbursement if you have not accessed more than 20% of the digital content. To initiate a request, please contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 calendar days of approval.

5.3 Physical Goods

Items may be exchanged or defect-related reimbursements requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please notify us via our contact form with proof of defect. Approved defect-related reimbursements will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of items at our facility. Shipping costs for defects are covered by InnerGuidance Hub.

6. No-Reimbursement Programs

Certain specialized programs or promotional bundles may explicitly state no reimbursement eligibility. Such notices will appear clearly at the point of purchase. These terms are enforced to maintain program integrity and resource planning.

7. Changes to Terms

InnerGuidance Hub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post changes on innerguidehub.info. Continued use after posting indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in applicable courts in Toronto.
